We will allow one change of screen name – please contact us by clicking on the contact link at the bottom of the page and email us with the desired change. We will get that sorted out for you right away!
To turn off your profile, first open the upper-right menu by clicking on your screen name. Select the “Settings” link and then click on “Account”. There you will see two options. Select the” Disable my account and hide my profile” link. Your account will be invisible to other people until the next time you sign in. When you log in, it will be activated again and behave like a normal account.
To edit your profile simply click the drop down box from your screen name and select "Edit Profile". Here you will be able to edit your essay, basic info, details, and manage the photos you have uploaded to your profile.
Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you have been facing due to these people. If you wish to block these members, click on their profile. In the bottom-left corner of the profile there is an option to block and report the member.
If you select that option you will no longer receive contact from that member, and our customer care team will also ban them from the site if they are violating our terms of service.
If you cannot remember your login details you can either 1) go to the sign on page and select the blue “Forgot Your Password?” link where you will be asked for your email address and you will be able to reset your password, or simply click the contact link at the bottom of the page and send us a email and we will send you the password directly to the email you have registered with us.
Send us a message via the contact page including your old email address and your new one. We will contact you via email to confirm the change.

In order to upload photos, click the drop down menu in the upper right hand corner and select “Edit Profile,” and then select the “Manage Photos” tab. After you have selected "Manage Photos", select “Upload photos from Local Drive,” and select the photos you would like to upload.
Please make sure that the photo you are trying to upload complies with our rules. All the photos undergo manual screening before being uploaded. Photos which includes any of the following will not be accepted: pornographic or sexually explicit material, non-people photos, photos of children or infants alone, photos that include any contact details or that do not show your face clearly, or copyrighted materials.
